Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Courrier Atomic ("we", "our", or "Atomic Courier") collects, uses, protects, and shares the personal information you provide via atomiccourrier.ca and our delivery services, in compliance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25) and Canada's PIPEDA.

2. Information we collect

When you submit a pickup request, create a customer account, or use our services:

• Your full name or company name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• The pickup address and delivery address
• The package details (weight, dimensions, nature)
• Any message or delivery instructions
• Your consents (SMS, marketing)
• Your billing information (customer account, payment method)

3. Why we use your information

• Arrange and execute the requested delivery
• Keep you informed about your shipment (via SMS, email, or phone)
• Issue a delivery confirmation
• Bill for the service and process payment
• With your consent, send marketing communications
• Improve service quality

4. SMS consent

If you provide a phone number, we ask for explicit consent to send text messages (pickup confirmation, shipment status, delivery completed). Frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP.

5. Marketing communications

Marketing consent is optional and separate from SMS consent. Unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email or by contacting us.

6. Retention period

Delivery-related information is retained for 7 years for accounting and tax purposes (legal requirements). Marketing information is retained until you withdraw consent.

7. Sharing with third parties

We share your information only with:

• Our messengers and delivery partners (air / US carriers for shipments outside Quebec), strictly to execute the delivery
• Cloudflare (United States / global edge) — static hosting (Cloudflare Pages) and operational technical logging (anonymized access logs)
• Aspyn AI Inc. (Longueuil, Quebec) — secure relay of form submissions to our internal email recipients (the forms.aspyn.ai service)
• Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare Inc.) — privacy-respecting anti-bot verification, with no persistent cookies and no advertising-profile tracking
• Google Tag Manager + Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC, United States) — tag management and audience measurement. No tag fires until you give explicit consent via the cookie banner (Google Consent Mode v2 default-denied). If you decline or do not respond, no data is transmitted to Google.
• Our payment processor (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

We never sell data. Some sub-processors host data in the US; by using our forms you consent to this international transfer.

8. Cookies

Our site uses three categories:

• Essential — site operation (privacy preferences). Always on.
• Analytics — anonymous statistics. Only with your consent.
• Marketing — campaign effectiveness. Only with your consent.
